Come to BROOKS and enjoy a five course dinner prepared by Chef Andy Brooks and meet the featured winemaker. Once a month, Chef Brooks is teaming up with a regional winemaker to create a dining adventure. The five course dinner will be designed to complement the five wine pairings selected by the winemaker.

Each event is $125 per person including tip and tax. Advance reservations are required for each event and each reservation must be secured by a major credit card. All cancellations are required 3 days in advance of the event. No show or late cancellation fees will apply. |

Experience fine food and cigars at the Tatuaje Cigar Dinner @ BROOKS on August 27, 2008. Chef Brooks will prepare a four course dinner which will be paired with three cigars. The dinner is $95 per person, not including tax or tip and includes a four course dinner, three cigars, a glass of wine and a scotch tasting. Additional wine and cocktails will be available.

Join Chef Andy Brooks for an afternoon of great food, wine and learn the techniques and recipes behind the delicious cuisine at BROOKS. Lunch classes include a three-course lunch with wine, instruction and recipes and techniques to take home. Class starts at 11:30 am at BROOKS. BROOKS is an ideal location for your private party or corporate event. The private dining room can accommodate up to 32 for a sit down event and the heated patio can seat 28. The restaurant is also available for buy outs and lunch parties of 15 or more.
